Welcome to Balloony (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any services you purchase from us, including balloon installations, event décor, and related products.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services
Balloony provides balloon installations, including (but not limited to):
- Balloon arches (standard and organic)
- Balloon towers and displays
- Corporate branding installations
- DIY helium balloon kits
- Event styling and décor
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Quotes & Bookings
- Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
- A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received in full, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Prices are listed exclusive of VAT, unless stated.
- We reserve the right to amend or withdraw quotes prior to confirmation.
4. Payment
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise.
- We do not store card details.
- Additional costs (e.g. delays, access issues) may be invoiced separately.
5. Delivery & Installation
- Delivery and installation times are agreed in advance.
- Clients must ensure clear access and suitable setup space.
- Parking or loading access must be available.
Additional charges may apply where access is restricted, delayed, or unavailable.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate event details (location, time, access)
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Obtain venue permissions if required
- Inform us of restrictions (e.g. ceiling height, regulations)
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may be partially refunded at our discretion.
- Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
- Custom or branded items are non-refundable once production begins.
8. Changes to Orders
- Changes within 72 hours are not guaranteed.
- Additional costs may apply.
- Significant changes may require a new booking.
9. Product Disclaimer
Balloons are decorative items affected by environmental conditions such as temperature, sunlight, and wind.
We cannot guarantee float time or condition once installed. Outdoor installations are at the client’s risk.
10. Damage & Liability
- Responsibility transfers to the client once installation is complete.
- We are not liable for damage caused by third parties or environmental factors.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the booking.
11. Equipment Hire
- All hired equipment remains our property.
- Loss or damage will be charged at replacement cost.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and images are owned by Balloony and may not be used without permission.
We reserve the right to photograph installations for marketing purposes unless agreed otherwise.
13. Website Use
- No unlawful or harmful use of the website
- No interference with functionality
- No copying or misuse of content
14. Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is only used to fulfil orders or respond to enquiries.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our control, including weather, transport disruption, or venue restrictions.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
