Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By completing your booking through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Placing an Order

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • All information provided by you must be accurate and complete.
  • By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

A contract is formed only when payment has been successfully processed via Stripe.

3. Products & Services

All balloon installations and related products are custom-made to your specifications based on the options selected during checkout.

  • Colours may vary slightly due to availability, lighting and screen display.
  • Balloons may change from glossy to matte as they oxidise.
  • Installations may shift slightly after setup or during the event.

These are normal characteristics of balloon products and do not amount to defects.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

Once payment has been made, your order is confirmed and scheduled.

5. Delivery & Installation

We will deliver and/or install your order at the agreed location and within the agreed time window.

  • If access is restricted, delayed or denied, delivery or installation may still be treated as complete if our team has attended the agreed location and time.
  • If items are handed to a third party, including reception, concierge, security or venue staff, responsibility transfers at that point.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage occurring after delivery or installation has been completed.

6. Custom & Made-to-Order Policy

All installations are made specifically for your order.

Orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

This includes, without limitation, balloon arches, towers, columns, walls, branded displays and bespoke installs.

7. Changes to Orders

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate changes where reasonably possible, but this is not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

8. Risk & Responsibility

Responsibility for the installation passes to you once delivery or installation has been completed.

We are not liable for damage caused by movement, rearrangement, poor storage, venue handling, weather, heat, wind, sunlight or any other environmental conditions after completion.

9. Safety

  • Do not inhale helium.
  • Keep balloons away from small children and animals.
  • Do not release balloons outdoors.
  • Keep balloons away from power lines and heat sources.

10. Cancellations

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and in production.

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a credit note or rescheduling option at our discretion.

11. Delays & Events Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, venue restrictions, weather, supplier disruption or other external events.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and use it only to process your order, communicate with you and deliver our services.

13. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
